Jobaro is a work-management, record-keeping and communication platform. It helps users manage jobs, documents, properties, quotes, invoices, signatures and shared work, but it does not automatically supply or supervise the underlying service.
Jobaro's platform terms govern your use of Jobaro. The separate quote, scope and trading terms normally govern the work between the customer and the named supplier.
No. It provides general information and explains Jobaro's workflows. Users should obtain professional advice where their situation requires it.
Many distance and off-premises consumer service contracts do, although exceptions and conditions apply. The platform must assess the likely flow and provide the required information rather than making a universal promise.
They can be, provided the signer intended to authenticate the document and all required formalities were satisfied. The type of document and the signing circumstances still matter.
No. Jobaro's current legal baseline treats the new subscription-contract regime as scheduled for January 2027. Jobaro should implement the expected capabilities behind a legal-review feature flag rather than misrepresenting them as current law.
For relevant assured tenancies, no. Existing ASTs became assured periodic tenancies on 1 May 2026 and new ASTs cannot be created.
No. The old Section 21 flow must be removed. Jobaro v1 must not generate possession notices without specialist, current, jurisdiction-specific legal review.
Use the dedicated privacy complaint form. Jobaro must acknowledge the complaint within 30 days, investigate it and communicate the outcome without undue delay.
