Who provides Jobaro
Trent End Ventures Ltd trading as Jobaro, company number 17217981, provides Jobaro. Our registered office is 1, Suite 10022 Hanley Street, Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG1 5BL. Contact hello@jobaro.co.uk. We are not VAT registered.
These terms apply when you create or use an account. You must be at least 18 and have authority when acting for an organisation. You can save or print this version.
The launch service
Jobaro provides profiles, contacts, property and job records, Quick Audit evidence and reports, quotes, invoices, stock records, manual notes and reviews. Coming Soon features require a separate Early Access grant. A grant may expire or be revoked; a subscription, internal flag or approved application alone is not a grant.
Quick Audit can start with an address alone. It does not establish property ownership or permission to enter a site. Review reports, prices and documents before sharing them. Records do not replace competent inspection, professional judgement or information required by law.
Accounts and content
Keep your login private, provide accurate information and remove team access when it is no longer needed. Upload only information and images you have authority to use. Avoid unnecessary personal details, identity documents and sensitive information in free text or photographs.
You retain your rights in content and permit Jobaro to host, process, reproduce and share it to provide your chosen workflows, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations. Check recipients and public content before sharing. We may restrict unlawful content or misuse that threatens the service or other users.
Separate supplier contracts
The parties named in a quote, invoice, work agreement or property arrangement are responsible for that agreement. Jobaro does not undertake the work, employ the operative, guarantee workmanship, hold client money or provide escrow. A supplier's terms and statutory duties remain separate. Recording a payment does not move money or confirm that it has cleared.
Prices and cancellation
Free Early Access does not create a paid subscription. We will not charge without showing the price, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method before you agree. Using a free feature is not agreement to a future charge.
Start account deletion at /account/delete or write to privacy@jobaro.co.uk about personal data. For subscription cancellation or billing, contact accounts@jobaro.co.uk. If you purchase a service as a consumer at a distance and cancellation rights apply, you may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made. Send a clear statement identifying the account and service; no special form is required. Any lawful charge for an expressly requested early start must be explained before that request. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Availability and ending access
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a response time. Keep independent copies of important exports. We will give reasonable notice of material service changes or closure where practicable, except for urgent legal or security action.
We may suspend access for serious misuse, lack of authority or legal requirements and explain the reason where permitted. Contact us to challenge a decision. Closing a login does not automatically erase another organisation's records; the Privacy Notice and DPA explain the relevant responsibilities.
Responsibility and governing law
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no blanket exclusion or financial liability cap.
English and Welsh law governs these terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to the courts available in their UK home jurisdiction. Subject to those rights, the courts of England and Wales may hear disputes.
Organisation data and changes
The Privacy Notice covers our own processing. The DPA forms part of these terms when we process organisation records on its instructions. Material changes receive a new version and explanation, and fresh agreement where required.
