Contact us
Use the complaint form or email support@jobaro.co.uk for a platform issue, accounts@jobaro.co.uk for billing, or privacy@jobaro.co.uk for privacy and data rights. Describe what happened, the date, relevant record or decision reference, and the outcome you seek. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary information about others. Saved form submissions provide a reference for follow-up.
What happens next
We review the report, seek any information needed to investigate and explain our response. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days of receipt, investigate appropriately and communicate the outcome without undue delay. This is not a promise that every issue can be resolved within a fixed number of days. Tell us if you need an accessible format or different communication method.
Escalation and separate disputes
Reply with your reference if you disagree with a response and explain what should be reconsidered. You may also complain to the ICO about data protection or use any court, regulator or statutory remedy available to you. A dispute about a supplier's work remains between the relevant parties; Jobaro can investigate platform conduct and preserve its own records but does not automatically adjudicate workmanship or payment disputes.
